You fund your account with your initial (first) payment.  Then we deduct the cost of each job from your balance. Example:

Funding your account:  Frequent Small Jobs Accounts must be funded with deposits (payments) of at least $20.00 USD. 

When your balance decreases to approximately $5.00, we notify you that it is time for you to replenish your account.  You are under no obligation to replenish your account if you do not wish to continue your account. 

If the current charge for services exceeds the balance in the account, we will return the completed document upon replenishment of the account or payment of the outstanding amount. 

Closing your account:  If you notify us that you wish to close your account, we will refund your balance. 

Accounts that are not active for a period of two years will be considered closed, and any unused balance will become the property of GoodSense English.
